Thanks you for the questions. First buying over the internet is not all that weird, I have spent nearly $30,000 buying dogs from Foreign countries over the internet this year. There is a lot of security when you take appropriate measures. Paypal is one of those precautions that also makes it easy and fast to exchange money for goods with the protection against fraud. 1) going with purebred dogs offers advantages over mixed breeds because you know exactly what to expect when it comes to size, abilities, general temperament etc. Purebred dogs are uniform (when properly bred) with a "standard" which applies to their personality as well as their appearance. So it minimizes the surprises. Most importantly, when properly bred you know the health tendencies of a breed, problems that can be genetically avoided etc. to ensure you a long life with your pet. You also know the background of the animals and they come to you without previous bad habits and experiences. They are a blank slate ready for you to develop. They also become eligible for other fun events and competitions. 2) Cash awards program- For us it is less about money and more about making other's lives richer and full of happy memories and sharing our passion about Dobermans. It is expensive to care for all the dogs properly and raise healthy puppies, and we try to minimize the cost through the sell of the highest quality puppies. But we want to motivate people to do wonderful and helpful things with their dogs. Things that bless even more lives such as Pet therapy and Search and Rescue and other worthy endeavors. As you and your dog earn different certifications and pass different levels, we pay you a cash award because the one thing I have learned over the years is nothing motivates people like money does, and we want them to be successful with their dogs and bless more lives. All my dogs have to learn Search and Rescue so they might save a life someday. So you have the chance to earn some or all of your money back, even make money off me if you are real dedicated! 3) This close to shipping time I usually require payment in full unless other arrangements are made. We generally fly the pups to most major airports because it is the fastest least stress way to get them to you if you can not pick them up in person. Finally what makes our pups worth more is first and foremost the quality. I have been doing this for 17 years. My B.S. is in Animal science with a production and genetics emphasis. Over the years I have tried to create within my program the perfect working family companions. Aggressive dogs need to be destroyed where protective dogs need to be selected. The difference is aggressive dogs find gratification from biting, barking, fighting, etc. Those are dangerous, unstable and undesirable traits. A protective dog only barks when necessary and only bites as a last resort. It finds no joy in it, it finds joy in pleasing it's master. Dobermans bond very closely to their people and will be gentle with people you feel relaxed around, and be apprehensive around those you are tense around. You will find them placing themselves between you and the perceived threat. It is amazing. So over the many years we have selected and bred for this kind of dog. One that will let my 1 and 3 year old terrorize it, and minutes later give it's life to protect them. They come from the best breeding stock available, and are raised in our home not in kennels. They are already socialized with people and young children, they have already grown to expect and desire affection. They are free of genetic disease, and we guarantee that. We also guarantee their temperament, something most people will not do. A puppy from our program is an attractive capable athlete that will get compliments everywhere you go. We know you will be satisfied with the dogs we have raised because of the love and attention that has gone into them. We also go above and beyond what any other breeder will do.
